I am an experienced professional with a diverse background in various sectors, including utilities, FMCG, and manufacturing. With over 18 years of management experience and nine years specializing in continuous improvement and asset reliability, I bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to the table.
Throughout my career, I have successfully delivered workshops on a range of topics, including root cause analysis, waste identification, value stream mapping, process mapping, strategy development, and lean principles. I have also utilized tools from lean and reliability centred maintenance to implement successful changes, moving away from manufacturers’ recommendations to plans built on the foundation of FMECA.
By implementing these changes, I have helped companies review and improve their asset spend, resulting in more reliable plants and reduced operating costs. My expertise lies in driving continuous improvement and optimizing asset reliability to achieve long-term success.
At Kaizen Reliability, we are dedicated to working with strategic partners to continuously improve the reliability of their plant and assets. Our ethos is focussed on a collaborative approach, where we work closely with our clients to understand their unique challenges and develop tailored solutions to address them.
We offer several different services to assist our clients in achieving their reliability goals. One of our key offerings is condition-based monitoring, where our reliability engineers leverage techniques such as vibration analysis and thermographic analysis to detect machine failures early on. By identifying issues at the beginning of their failure curve, our clients can plan remediation work in advance, reducing costs and improving overall plant availability.
In addition, we provide workshops on Lean RCM (Reliability-Centred Maintenance), empowering our clients’ staff with the necessary tools to enhance their operations and maintenance schedules. By improving reliability, increasing asset availability, and rationalizing spare parts inventory, our workshops enable our clients to achieve tangible results.
Furthermore, our workshops on various subjects like root cause analysis, value stream mapping, process mapping, waste identification, asset criticality, and single-minute exchange of dyes (SMED) ensure that our clients progress along the path of continuous improvement. These workshops are designed to complement their internal continuous improvement loops, empowering their operational and engineering teams to achieve excellence.
At Kaizen Reliability, we are committed to supporting our clients throughout their reliability journey, providing them with the expertise and tools they need to thrive in today’s competitive landscape. We are passionate about helping our clients achieve operational excellence and look forward to partnering with you to unlock your full potential.
Remember, continuous improvement is a journey, not a destination. With the right mindset and tools, you can unlock new levels of reliability and success. Let us join forces and embark on this exciting journey together.
Kaizen Reliability has collaborated with us, applying their predictive maintenance expertise to enhance our organic PPM schedule. This has enabled us to detect failures at the earliest stages, thereby avoiding costly downtime and secondary damage.
Alan McCann, Operations ManagerIn the past, Kaizen Reliability has conducted outstanding workshops for us. Their root cause analysis workshops were particularly beneficial in ensuring that the correct preventative measures were implemented.
Phil Murray, Project ManagerAndrew from Kaizen Reliability has worked alongside our team to refine our approach to the planned maintenance of client assets. The criticality workshop he facilitated was extremely advantageous.
